All you need is the ability to take up to 6 steps going right to left and front to back. It helps to have a mirror to see your form, but that's only when you feel comfortable enough--the purpose of this program is for you to HAVE FUN (improving your form is secondary...).
I recommend practicing barefoot, provided your floor does not create discomfort for the feet. A thin sock may be ideal, and you're welcome to wear a light training shoe if it feels most comfortable. When wearing shoes, please pay extra close attention to your ability to pivot.
This program is designed in a progression to help you gain more and more comfort, coordination, and confidence. By doing it each day, you'll be able to notice faster progress--and really feel the positive difference than when you do a day and then leave it. The playlist includes a mix of hip hop, pop, reggaeton, and electronic music.
Each workout is 20 minutes, unless you opt to make it a full body workout by adding the booty and ab conditioning, in which case each workout is 30 minutes.
